Hi, I'm Amanda
I’m a Coffs Harbour celebrant and teacher of almost 30 years, with a love of words, stories and life’s big (and little) moments.
Teaching has taught me a lot about listening, communicating, organising and helping people feel at ease. I bring that same sense of empathy, trust and connection to every ceremony I create.
My style is relaxed, warm and genuine. I don’t believe in doing things simply because “that’s what everyone does.” Whether you're keeping things beautifully simple or planning a bigger celebration, my goal is to create a ceremony that feels personal, meaningful and completely yours.
When I’m not writing or officiating, you’ll usually find me wrangling my bossy chooks, hanging out with my dog and cat, sipping coffee or wine and soaking up time with my favourite people.
I’m very much at home here on the Coffs Coast and very grateful that being a celebrant gives me the chance to combine so many things I love: people, words, stories and really good celebrations.

There’s no one right way to get married.
For some couples, it’s ten relaxed minutes, two witnesses and making it official. For others, it’s an intimate celebration with their favourite people, or a bigger day filled with family, friends and plenty of personality.
However you choose to do it, your ceremony should feel comfortable, genuine and completely you.
That’s why I offer four different ways to get married - from beautifully simple legals through to a fully personalised wedding ceremony.
All wedding options include preparation and lodgement of your legal paperwork, registration of your marriage and your official NSW marriage certificate.
